1. Nature of Our Service
RKNET Academy provides digital educational content including mock tests, Previous Year Question (PYQ) papers, study materials, and AI-powered analytics โ all delivered electronically through our online platform. As these are digital goods that are made immediately available upon payment, they are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
Service Not Delivered
You paid successfully but were unable to access your subscribed content for more than 24 hours due to a technical issue on our end, and we were unable to resolve it.
Duplicate Payment
Your account was charged twice for the same subscription due to a payment gateway error.
Wrong Amount Charged
You were charged an amount different from what was displayed at checkout.
Content Already Accessed
You accessed the platform, attempted tests, or downloaded materials and then request a refund.
Change of Mind
You changed your mind about purchasing after accessing the platform.
Exam Result Dissatisfaction
You did not qualify the UGC NET exam after using our platform.
3. Refund Request Time Limit
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests submitted after this window will not be entertained under any circumstances.
4. How to Request a Refund

Our support team will respond within 2 business days to acknowledge your request and initiate verification.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Request Received (Day 0)
We acknowledge your refund request by email.
Verification (1โ2 Business Days)
We verify payment records and eligibility.
Decision Communicated (2โ3 Business Days)
Approval or rejection notified via email.
Refund Initiated (If Approved)
Refund is raised with Razorpay.
Bank Credit (5โ7 Business Days)
Money reflects in your original payment method (card/UPI/bank).
6. Subscription Cancellation
RKNET Academy subscriptions are non-auto-renewing. You are billed once for the selected validity period (Monthly, 6-Month, or Yearly). There is no recurring charge โ your subscription simply expires at the end of the chosen period, and you can choose to renew at that point.
Access to content continues until your subscription's expiry date, even after requesting a cancellation (where refund is not applicable).
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of unresolved disputes, you may escalate the matter to Razorpay's dispute resolution mechanism or approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
8. Policy Updates
RKNET Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and, where material, via email to registered users. Continued use of our platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
