Firebase Authentication
Handles user authentication and session management securely. Your login credentials and profile data are managed via Firebase.
Razorpay (razorpay.com)
Processes all payments. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant and handles all sensitive card and UPI data directly. We never see or store your payment credentials.
Google Firebase (firebase.google.com)
Provides our backend database (Firestore) and file storage. Data is stored in Google's secure cloud infrastructure.
Vercel (vercel.com)
Hosts and serves the RKNET Academy web application.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access control, and secure API key management. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
5. Cookies
RKNET Academy uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management (provided by Firebase). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers.
